Uninstall Spybot again, does that make any difference?

yeah, i un-installed spybot, avira and comodo, and low and behold it ran ok...

Any particular anti-virus/firewall that doesnt use too much CPU?

I use Avira myself alongside with MBAM and both work good for me.

Hi MY Pc Is running Slow I Have Windows 7 An Sometime it crashes ???
"setup cannot continue because an unexpected error occurred"
Unexpected ping spikes
computer slow and java apps slow/not working
Win 32 error, also unexpected windows open while surfing the web.
