bad virus - xp internet security 2010 - help!

bad virus - xp internet security 2010
My wife has picked up this virus but only on her account-side of our PC (mine doesn't seem to be affected) I've run a couple scans through, restarted into safe mode and done another scan - no joy, and I'm completely new to solving this sort of problem. HELP!! :sad:

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
