Are you having malware problems?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
You may need to use two posts to get it all.

Hi Belazhur - I have resolved this issue. It was a root kit.

The virus would not let me upload the complete OTL log file (see previous posts of mine) because it was looking for the word "WindowsUpdate" in the text. With the previous post in this thread, I was verifying that the problem was resolved by entering the words "WindowsUpdate" in the subject line.
