mbam.exe is infected

Hello, I had a nuqel.E virus infection in my laptop (Vista). Since i could not open IE (because of the infection), i downloaded mbam from another laptop, saved into a flashdrive, and uploaded into the infected laptop. When i executed, when it about to launch it throws me as "The file mbam.exe is infected". Need some help in cleaning out these and any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
