Firewall wont start

When i turned my computer today on i got a notice that my windows firewall isnt turned on(yesterday it was on) so i went to control panel and tried to turn it on but it says:
"The security center could not turn the firewall on" so what happened, any tips?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

You can close this as the firewall turned on by himself and now its ok.
