Anything can help improve gaming

Is there anything I can install or whatever to reduce fps or reduce lag in games for my laptop?

Not much I guess, you can try disabling software and services which you do not need.

You should use lower video effect settings, and improve resolution of game That helps

How I disable them?

MSConfig, type it in the search box thats on the vista start menu.

you can disable services and software from running when your computer starts up.

if you don't know what a service does you can just google the name, it's easy enough to find out what it is.

If you don't know what your doing id recommend leaving the microsoft services alone.

You could also post up the services running here and im sure someone would be happy enough to tell you the ones that you dont need.
