Help, please! Computer messed up!

So this is the deal, i had gotten a Malaware virus like normal. Hoping my Anitvirus would take it off, i forgot i turned it off (i have avg pro). So i turned it back on and let it do its scan. It got rid of most things, then Malaware bytes my other program got rid of some other stuff. But my main problem is if i use internet explorer, Google chrome or safari they have browsing error message. I think this is because they run on the same platform or something, i don't know. While my opera and Firefox do work. I also cant download the newest java because it says I'm not connected when i am. I have restarted my computer and repaired my connection several times. Also this may sound nerdy but i do play Maplestory and when i go to run my patcher to update the game it as well cannot connect to the internet, and when i try and download something from Microsoft.com. Please if you can help me fix my computer do so.

Remove the Proxy setting in Internet Explorer and/or in FireFox.

In Internet Explorer

1. Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.
   

In Firefox

1. Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection > Choose "No Proxy"
   
2. Click the apply button and restart that computer in normal mode.
   

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
