Cannot open an email sent as xis.

I received an important email from my work containing several forms to be used. Four comes out all right but two comes up encrypted. I have tried everything but cannot get them to come through straight. What can I do? Using windows Vista.

Thanks for answering. These forms have been sent to me through my office-twice. I open them in Adoce PDF format, but they are still all jumbled. Any more suugestion?
