please help in changing my computer to english all of computer from korean to english it is a samsung windows vista and i need help to change it to english bought it at a pawned store and i can't figure it out? need some serious help!!!! Can't Believe It Afraid Yikes

start/control pannel/regions and languages/keyboards and languages/install uninstall languages.

this sometimes wont change all the program languages but it will change the default window language
