install Windows XP with usb pen drive

sir,
i use os windows visita ,but i want install win XP with Usb pen drive ,because my cd-rom is not working ,then in visita os how make a bootable usb pen drive.
please give me ans. i'm very thanking full to you

you are unable to install win XP. because win vista is latest ver
first you must install XP and then install vista.
this is formal first old and then new.
