Malware attacked and i'm totally stuck!

My boyfriend downloaded some malware thing recently and now nothing works on my computer. The virus prevents me from running any sort of anti virus or malware scan from any company. My computer won't even do a system restore. I have downloaded the program from this geek police site also but it to will not run at all. I usually can't even go on most anti virus websites to begin with because my computer will say it's unavailable or just freeze in general. I am lost, is there anything else i can do or is my computer done for?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.

I'm pretty good with computers but definitely not an expert. I have no idea what or where those things are that you told me to go to. Could you be a little more specific please. I'm confused.

I have tried to go to that many times now all sorts of different ways. No matter how i put it in it just says web address not found. The virus has been blocking me from viewing many sites. I even tried typing it in different ways so maybe i could bring up the page and find exactly where i need to go once I'm there but it won't let me on it at all. I even put my computer in safe mode and even then it won't let me run any anti virus programs or even do a system restore. Thanks for trying to help though. Any other suggestions? I'm about to lose my mind here.

I see, well lets try a different approach shall we. What we will need to do is work in safe mode.

Please do the following in Safe Mode with Networking: as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode with Networking" and press your Enter key.

Note: With some computers if you press and hold a key as the computer is booting you will get a stuck key message. If this occurs, instead of pressing and holding the "F8 key", tap the "F8 key" continuously until you get the startup menu.) Once in the start up menu, select "Safe Mode with Networking", then do the following instructions:

Even in safe mode it will not let me go to the link. It keeps saying web page not found. I tried finding combo fix through google when your link didn't work but no matter how i do it it won't display the web page. Did my boyfriend just destroy our computer or is there any other options? I'm really starting to run out of hope here. I have tried to do system restore and everything in safe mode, nothing works. I have never had a virus this bad before.

What are you supposed to do when your computer doesn't work right even in safe mode?

Can you transfer files over from another machine via USB?
