websitesurvey.com keeps coming up

When I go to certain webistes a new tab comes up with websitesurvey.com and asks me to complete a survey. Probably happens at least 10 times a day. I attached a picture of the new tab it opens as, in this case I was on whocallsme.com looking up a phone number and then it comes and asks me to take a survey about it. >:O


Any idea how to take care of this? I have pop up blocker on that doesn't stop it.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
