Network Problems

I have a network at my work. I have recently been hit with a virus and my firewall settings were reset. Now, the other computers on my server cannot connect to certain programs that are used for my company. They can share files with my main computer (which runs everything) and can access internet, but only this specific program cannot be used. It is a software program we bought to run our spa. Do you think there is some security that the company set that they need to reset for me to access this program from other computers? Or is there a way I can make an exception on my firewall to use this program? I already tried making an exception for these specific programs, but it didn't work. Please let me know. Sorry, I am using Windows XP.

Open CMD, Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults by typing: netsh winsock reset catalog

Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults by typing: netsh int ip reset reset.log

Restart your PC.

If it doesn't work, download Winsock XP Fix from here, save it to your Desktop.

Double click on the exe on your Desktop.
Press the "Fix" button, then restart again.

See if you can connect now.

I tried all of the above and still is not working. The only way other computers can access the programs required is if my firewall is turned off. I also posted a problem for a virus issue that might be the problem.
