Well, Some people having vista find it hard for searching for things like run, search, My computers etc. So, here is a simple way to make them all simple.

Right-Click on the start menu (That place where Windows's flag is)
Click the Properties.
There will be two options- Start Menu & Classic Start Menu. You will see the "Start Menu" option high-lighted. Change it to "Classic Start Menu".
There you go! Vista as easy as XP!
