internet security 2010

so i started up my laptop today and i get a message saying i have a worm virus and then a scanner says its scanning for viruses and now i cant really log into facebook or anything it says its internet 2010 help idk why my computer keeps getting these attacks :[

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
  

i cant sign into my laptop i click on my user name and then it logs me in then it logs me right off i cant even get to my desktop

Can you try logging on in Safe Mode?

everytime i try to log into safemode it runs a bunch of script and then a blue screen flashes then it goes back to the msi screen and i cant get past the windows xp boot screen
