How to Change Computer's Display Language

This tutorial will show you how to change the display language on your Windows computer.

Start >> Type Change Display Language into the Start menu's search bar and select Change Display Language. Under Display language, select a language from the list >> Click OK.

You don't say anything in here about having to have the disks and creating another administrator. too simple, not helpfull at all.
