Rogue Scanner Virus

I have a toshiba laptop. I have never had problems with it before. Now I have a Rogue Scanner Virus Type 820. It is awful. I don't look at porn, and I sure don't want to have to every time I get on the internet. Different porn related websites popup every few minutes. Every thing I try to open causes a pop up from "Windoes Security Alert" saying "Application cannot be executd. The file (what I try to open) is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software?"

Please HELP!

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
  

It won't connect to the internet now. I'm currently using our family pc.
I'm taking it today to pretty much be wiped clean. I don't know what else to do. Thanks so much for replying though
