Window's Antivirus Pro and PC Antispyware 2010

Hello Geek Police,
I hope you can help me. I've tried everything just short or errasing my hard drive and starting over. This Malware is awefull. I've tried your guidelines outlined in the instructions before making this post but could not get highjacked to start after running the file. This virus has disabled my antivirus program, system restore function and now I can only get a boot in safe mode and its getting worse. Any recommendations?

• Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  
• Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:

• Click the Look button to start the scan.
  
• When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.
