Im not sure if this is software or virus problems. I am not able to run syst. restore, Defrag. and many other programs . Also last week my PC automatically "updated" me to a new version of FIREFOX. Now my page freezes alot. Some one told me it might be the "service pack 3" from microsoft thats causing all these problems But Im unable to delete it..

thanx Doc!! Step 2 worked in removinf SF 3 but I still have all the original problems. any suggestions?
