2. hpqtra08.exe - they both state that the programs are not responding and my system will not shut off until I end them and than the system shuts off.

How do I get rid of them?

hpqtra08.exe - I belief u can uninstall the hp imaging through the control panel.

SMax4PNP - Try reinstalling your audio driver.
