Adware.TrackingCookie with SuperAntiSpyware

I do a weekly scan on my computer using the most recent versions of Avast, Malwarebytes and SuperAntiASpyware in addition to running CCleaner to remove all other registry files and using a Comodo Firewall. However, lately I have been detecting a tracking cookie every week with SuperAntiSpyware and although I always delete the cookie, another one seems to come back. The most recent one has this file path: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\owner@atdmt[2].txt. If you can help me resolve this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
