How is the machine running now?

The computer seems to be running fine now, thanks. I still get a red page with a "Warning: Visiting this site may harm your computer!" message when I visit some sites, which is how I think I got into this mess in the first place. If it's not too much trouble, is there anything else I can do to try to get rid of this and any other potential problems?

What site are you trying to access?

I've gotten it recently trying to get to isohunt. Other times in the past it seems to be random, though not ever with some mainstream site.

Download the GMER rootkit scan from here: GMER

1. Unzip it and start GMER.
   
2. Click the >>> tab and then click the Scan button.
   
3. Once done, click the Copy button.
   
4. This will copy the results to your clipboard.
   
5. Paste the results in your next reply.
   

Note:
If you're having problems with running GMER.exe, try it in safe mode. This tools works in safe mode.
You can also try renaming it since some malware blocks GMER.

Every time I run GMER it crashes my computer, even in safe mode. It just starts scanning and after about 30 seconds restarts. Anything else I can try?
