another winbluesoft victim

Before i knew what was going on, winbluesoft apparently installed itself on my computer. I've tried downloading that malware removal link on this website, but when i try to run it pop up on bottom of screen says it was terminated, harmful memory infection was detected. HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS??

Delete this file in bold:
C:\Windows\system32\blocker.dll

Let me know if you can run exe files now, or if the file won't delete.
