HELP!!! winblue soft removal..

hello, I hope I am in the right place....somehow we have ended up with the winbluesoft program on our pc..and cant get rid of it..have tried everything we know, but nothing has worked..although we are not computer techs..soooo we are seriously looking for help from you guyz...
I have read alot of the posts on this site concerning the winblue symptoms, and everything I see is the same problems I am having...I also have gotten a redirecting virus..can somewone please help?...I seen the log thing, and dont know how to even get that ..all help is sooooo greatly appreciated.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
