winblue soft

I am running Xp professional and have stumbled upon this winblue soft virus protection that is trying to get me to use them to remove everything that they've obviously installed on my computer. I am unable to use r install anything that seems to have the extension .exe. It blocks just about all of my programs. Is there anything I can do. Please Help.

Delete this file in bold:
C:\Windows\system32\blocker.dll

Let me know if you can run exe files now, or if the file won't delete.

it will not delete, i even tried renaming it

hello, i tried uninstalling blocker32 but it says access denied. I even tried renaming it

• Now open a new notepad file.
  
• Input this into the notepad file:

  [DefaultInstall]
  AddReg=Del.Settings
  
  [Del.Settings]
  HKLM,software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\windows,AppInit_DLLs,0x00000000
  
  

  
  
• Save this as fixreg.inf, save it to your desktop.
  
• Right click fixreg.inf and select install.
  

Now reboot.
Try deleting blocker.dll again.

cannot open notepad

Can you open Wordpad? we can use that instead.

yes i do have word pad. saved as fixreg.inf in desktop. right clicked but an error message appears and says install failled

Make sure you have everything I have put inside the quote box for you. Everything there is important.
