Hard drive letter???

I'm having a hard drive issue. I copied my hard drive to a new larger hard drive. Something went horribly wrong. Both hard drives now come up as the E drive. Everything appears to be there, but the AV and printer won't run.
How do I get this drive to come up as the C drive.

Start >> type in Computer Management >> Click Disk Management on the left hand panel >> Right click the drive >> Select Change Drive Letter and Paths.

Thanks, but I tried that. I won't work on the boot drive. I'm going to try to reinstall Windows.
