1st thing u need to know, hot air rises and most probably being pumped out by the psu first. From what I've feel, 2-3 casing fan is ample. Take for example a 120mm fan in the front panel with wire mesh/fan grill pump will air in, you can have 1 80mm fan at the back near the I/O plate so that the air that passes through the cpu fan gets pumped out. You can also get ATI cards with non reference design which pumps air out instead of throwing the hot air in the case. Most probably you will get HIS cards for its factory overclocked and its brilliant cooler. If you wanna speed up the cycle, u can always throw in more fan in the front panel and the back. For cpu fan, get those with more heatpipes or pure copper heatsink. The design of the cpu fan must be able to direct the air to the back of the case, not dispersing it. Also make sure to side cover of the casing is covered as most likely to find holes there as it will destroy the air cycle. Unless you have place a case fan near the cpu fan on the side cover to speed up the cycle, seal it up.
