Some window popping up telling me security breach

There is this security center window telling me that security is breached and 5 of my shared documents are infected.....Have run malware bytes and hijack this and I see no files infected....My antivirus has not detected anything either....Help

5 shared documents as in 5 infected files? if it says where they are located, delete them manually.

It had said that there were 5 infected files in my shared folder

I was opening a site using Google Chrome when this popped up

The site might be infected, or just a false alert from the site using popunders.
