VIRUS PLEASE HELPP!!

Can you please help me i have a virus on my computer and i am not sure what it is but..
I know that my virus scanners are not Finding them. I use AVG and i have also tried Malwarebytes. Can you please help me in this situation. Thank you!

Not seeing any malware from here.
Just fix this registry item.

• Now open a new notepad file.
  
• Input this into the notepad file:

• Save this as fix.reg, save it to your desktop.
  
• Double click fix.reg to run it.
  
• Select yes to the registry merge prompt.
  

It's not working, but are you sure there are no viruses? My dad's e-mail and eBay account passwords have been changed without his knowlage. Do you know what would cause that?

Are you putting Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 as the top line?

His passwords could be phished if he entered his details into a fake that looked real.
