trojan SHeur.GAS infection (2nd attempt at post)

i tried to post before, but i came back and couldnt find my original post so here it is again. if i posted twice please forgive me.
i think i may have multiple trojans. i am having a lot of pop-up and crash issues. here is my log file. any help greatly appreciated.

I think the first time you posted that when you hit send, it didn't go through.

• Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  
• ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
  ***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***
  
  **Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will automatically proceed with its scan.
  
  
  
• The Recovery Console provides a recovery/repair mode should a problem occur during a Combofix run.
  
  
  
  
• Allow ComboFix to download the Recovery Console.
  
• Accept the End-User License Agreement.
