How can I remove W32.tidserv. from my system?

Hello, I am a new member here. I have a HP Pavilion dv6000 and I purchased Norton Internet Security package with it. It has worked fine, but about two days ago W32.tidserv entered my system, I have no idea how. I found out that it was a worm that affected removable drives. I would like to know how I can possibly remove it. Please help me with this because I have no idea what to do.

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts, but select NO when asked to install the recovery console.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
