Spyware.ISpyNow Infection

Ok... here's my problem. I keep getting a warning stating my firewall has detected Spyware.ISpyNow software on my computer. Of course if you click the enable button to protect your computer it takes you to the Defender 2009 software page online. Big sign! It's a virus. So I did what Dr. Inferno asked me to do and below are the results.

That log is quite unreadable. Next time we get a log, please open the Format menu and untick "Word Wrap"
I can see vundo in the log, so lets get rid of it.

• Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  
• ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
  ***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***
  
  **Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will automatically proceed with its scan.
  
  
  
• The Recovery Console provides a recovery/repair mode should a problem occur during a Combofix run.
  
  
  
  
• Allow ComboFix to download the Recovery Console.
  
• Accept the End-User License Agreement.
  
• The Recovery Console will be installed.
  
• You will this next prompt that asks if you want to continue the malware scan, select yes
  
  
  
  
• Allow combofix to run
  
• Post C:\combofix.txt back here.
