Log looks clean.

What problems is she having?

internet and pc are very slow.

plus she did a scan with adaware and spybot and found some trojans...

but if it is clean, then i guess it's clean...lol

Hijack This only shows whats up front, not what maybe hiding.

• Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
