Your problems aren't malware related.

I do see items of Smitfraudfix and AVG. Just a note, AVG detects IEDFix.C.exe as malware. Ignore it, because it's harmless and part of Smitfraudfix.

The enlarged icons could just be an enlarged screen resolution.
Right click anywhere on the desktop > Proporties > Settings Tab > Drag the screen resolution tab up/down to suit you.

sweet that worked, but the very last thing is now the icon at the top lefty when you open internet explorer the little e looks kinda blurry, anyways 2 fix this? and no problems so far other than the problem with WoW, ive tried everythin so far...

Are you using an LCD screen? If so, maybe just the pixels need re-focusing. A reboot may fix it.

The problem with WoW... the WoW server may just be temp broken.

What is it complaing of now? I know AVG can be pesky, I've had a few false positives with AVG.

Now open a new notepad file.
Input this into the notepad file:

Save this as fix.reg, save it to your desktop.
Double click fix.reg and select yes to the merge with registry prompt.
