Installing Or Taking a Ghost Image

Thnx for soling my last problem it worked a treat
Ive now have a ghost file (.GHO) of my computer
How can i use this file

(P.S) i have no idea how or what it is however was told by sum1 that it is an easier option than reformatting

A .gho is a file extension of Symantec's Norton Ghost. It is a backup software which you might have used to backup your PC which Contains a "snapshot" of a hard drive or other media device; saves data as an exact copy of the disk; often used for creating full hard disk backups.

Norton Ghost then creates a .gho file when you choose to backup.

It seems Ghosting would suit someone with more computer experience than me
