whats restore my indexing back to its original setting, I have this feature on my vista with IE9 ,will it get rid of the low space on my local drive C ?

You can turn the indexing service off, and delete all of the search indexes the computer uses. The indexing just helps you search your PC a lot faster!

being that my C and drives are really messed up because of draging and droping folders from C TO D,
would it be a good idea to toggle f8 go to advanced boot options and do a Dell factory image restore?

That'll fix some of the problem, but you would probably have to reformat and reinstall the entire hard-drive to fix the issues that dragging and dropping would create.

do you mean install a new physically hard drive into the computer or a re stall procedure on the drive thats in my computer
