ISO files are disc images, and you can burn CDs from them using any CD-writer and CD-burning software that supports ISO images.
If you don’t have burning software then you'll find a freeware tool called ImgBurn available at
http://www.imgburn.com/Once installed, run the program, click the first of the three available options and choose File -> Write Disc from ISO File. Insert a blank CD, browse to the ISO file you downloaded and the program will burn the CD for you.
