trying to start a game and keep getting this message.Download a different game and came up with basical the same error.error:access violation at 0x0062DDEA(tried to read from0x03551000)program terminated

not that i know of
it was fine until i was playing a hidden object game and the game had a bug in it and i downloaded a fix for it .when i installed it it lost the player profile and a message came that something was corrupt.i did not read it carefully because i thought it only hurt the game i was playing and that i could start over.

Did you try a System Restore to undo that?

i tried that and it did not fix it. I ran spybot,malaware and my anti virus with no luck.

i downloaded another game and it keeps restarting when it tries to extract the main application file. it seems to have unzipped ok it when i get to the next step.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your Java , you play on Pogo games I bet.

can some body tell me how to erase the game completely off my computer.More than just removing it by uninstalling it because it still leaves some files hidden somewhere.
