Can't Delete A Trojan Folder

Hello,

I have a folder with name "b947c7b68efcee0b36a9" in my partition "D:\" with a lot of folders inside with numbers "1025", "1026",...
Each folder have 3 files ( "eula.rtf" , "LocalizedData.xml" , "SetupResources.dll" ).

Someone can please help to take this out cause my antivirus dont find any infection but I think this is a trojan.

No, it's not a trojan, it's a folder made by Windows Updates.
