FIX ADOBE READER

while attempting to access Adobe Reader X get- Error 1311 Source file not found c:Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Setup\{AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-AA0000000001}\Data.cab.
HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?CANT USE ADOBE

Adobe says it might be your antivirus program and suggest disabling your AV to do the install. (That stinks)

Try uninstalling the current install, reboot and install the new one and reboot. Make sure to temporarily disable your antivirus, antispyware/malware, hips and firewall software just to be sure.
