STEALTH Intrusion w/ 38 Infections!!!!!

Hello,
I had a virus weeks ago on my laptop and used Antivir (Free)after it was cleared. Unfortunately, a Stealth intrusion with viruses, trojans and privacy issues has now popped up. My son uses this laptop and I think he downloaded music of somekind. Anyway, IE opens but it will not allow me to go anywhere. (I am currently using my PC to get on the internet. I would appreciate any help you can give at this point. I am afraid my private info is being used or viewed. Thank you.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

Can get on IE but IE keeps posting an alert saying visiting this site may pose a Security threat to your system. Can not go to any sites.Is there anything I can do to get around that so I can post my OTL log?

If you run into these infections warnings that close Rkill, a trick is to leave the warning on the screen and then run Rkill again. By not closing the warning, this typically will allow you to bypass the malware trying to protect itself so that rkill can terminate the rogue program. So, please try running Rkill until the malware is no longer running. You will then be able to proceed with the rest of the steps.

If you continue having problems running rkill.com, you can download:
iExplore.exe or eXplorer.exe
which are renamed copies of rkill.com, and try them instead.

• Return to OTL, right click in the "Custom Scans/Fixes" window (under the light green bar) and choose Paste.

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
