Saving My Valuable emails

Hi there,

Im having a problem for which i do not have a solution to, i want to save my emails that i have accumulated over the years and my email to close to full on storage. I need these emails for work related preferences and i want to keep them. Is there any way i can have them downloaded?

Are you using a program like Microsoft Outlook for your emails or are you doing this through an online email service?

If you are doing them online, you can download them although that can be time consuming. What you can do instead is email them to your self in a program like Outlook and then drag them into folders on your Desktop, thus allowing you to back them up and remove them from your storage.

Extra Note: If you are using a hotmail service then it is even easier as you can create a hotmail account in Outlook and all your emails will be accessible through Outlook, allowing you to easily drag them out.
