I have a 15 pin VGA output on my Gateway netbook. I want to hook it up to my Vizeo HDTV, which also has a 15 pin VGA input, however it says RGA PC on it. Can I hook a cable from my netbook to this input on my tv, or, as an option, can I use, if it is available, a VGA to HDMI adapter/cable?

Yes to both questions. It should work just fine. The only concern you should have is that the netbook can support the resolution of your HDTV, and has the driver for the tv.

P.s. amazon has great prices on vga to hdmi cables.
