Cannot get into desktop

Running windows 7 and upon the main screen, I enter password and the following script pops up

The User Profile Service service failed the logon.
User profile cannot be loaded.

I've tried F8 to restore and had luck once, ran rkill and malwarebytes to see if there was a virus. It came back clean. I restarted computer and this is what I got again. Please Help!!!!!

Just for this article http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/130095-user-profile-service-failed-logon-user-profile-cannot-loaded.html it's for Vista but this will works Windows 7 as well.
