i hate to say this but how do i remove those files? i thought there was an uninstall or cleanup function in otl

Ah okay then, open OTL and press the green CleanUp! button. Smile...

i will tackle removal of eset files with, hopefully, the ebook of tips and tricks once i get instructions of where to retrieve it.
never got an ebook before, lol
