THINKPOINT

Hi!
I have followed all of the steps to remove the virus.
at first I couldnt enter the safe mode so I did it ALL on the regular mode and the antivirus (malwarebytes) DID find the the thinkpoint files affecting my computer so I clicked on remove and restarted it, but then when I logged in the thinkpoint virus was still there...
after some time I figured out a way to enter safemode and followed the steps again, the PROBLEM is that when I run the TASK MANAGER the HOTFIX.exe doesnt exist anymore.... and when I scan my computer while on safe mode (under the ADMINISTRATOR account) it doesnt find anything wrong....

** note ** I can only get the HOTFIX.EXE on my session, but not on the ADMINISTRATOR one...

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated..

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
