Need help removing vbs:exedropper-gen[trj] and win32:ramnit-b.

vbs:exedropper-gen[trj] and win32:ramnit-b. is the name Avast gave to the virus. but I'm using AVG now. I dont know the AVG name but it's serious and very hard to get rid of.

Another forum advised me to reinstall windows and reformat. But I was recommended to this forum so thought I'd ask your advise. thankyou

Can I possibly get some advise please? Someone said this was a great forum.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
