my computer at work (windows 7) seemed to contract think point today. i am logged in now to same computer via a different logon because we seemed to close down the virus in time to save infection of entire computer, yet my account still has think point pop up every time we try to access it.

I downloaded the otl & have the logs, is this the correct procedure? please help.
