Hi, I just bought a 160 GB hard drive to replace my 40 GB hard drive and I want to transfer all of the data thats on my 40 GB hard drive onto my new 160 GB hard drive and ultimately install my 160 GB hard drive onto my IBM thinkpad laptop. I am not sure what software and what other tools I need to perform this operation. Is there software that I need to download that would transfer my old data onto my new hard drive? Do I need to purchase a system hard drive CD from the company that manufactures my laptop which is the IBM thinkpad model?
