program wont uninstall

Oh sorry that would probably be helpful well its fantasy earth zero is the game and my os is windows XP I think thats what your asking sorry

Have you tried a third party uninstaller ?
If not, try Revo uninstaller, run it in the highest mode ( be careful what files and entries you
delete )
Before you run Revo, download and install ERUNT and create a registry backup
Let us know what happens.

Hi im back well i tried the third party unistaller "revo" and it didnt work still it gave me a pop-up window saying "1628: Failed to complete installation".

ok well i tried the "Revo" a couple more times and it finally worked thanks so much i had to use it to search for all files pertaining to the game and than delete them manually.
